Pre-High School Placement Exam

Pre-High School Placement Practice Test for Seventh Graders - Spring 2023

All seventh graders are invited to take this exam as a practice for the High School Placement Exam in the fall.  The test date is scheduled for Saturday, May 13, 2023, 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.　The examination is broken down into five sections; three English and two math. The results of the examination will be sent to the student so that they can review areas of strengths and weaknesses.

There will be an information meet and greet at 8:35 a.m. for parents where they will receive information about the exam, the high school application process and scholarship and tuition assistance. Parents are encouraged to attend. A light breakfast will be provided in the cafeteria.

Register online for the exam.

• Please bring the $15 exam fee (cash or checks made payable to ECHS) the morning of the test or pay online.
• Students need to bring two No. 2 pencils.
• Calculators are not permitted.
• Dress for the exam is casual.
• Students will be provided with a snack during the exam.
