Pillar of Excellence Award - Annika Bredel

Annika fully embraces the Pillar of Excellence in all aspects of her life.  Not only is she outstanding in the classroom, in her extracurricular activities and in the community, but she does everything with a sense of quiet humility.  Annika continues to shine academically and is near the top of her class.  She has volunteered as a student ambassador for the past several years, and she is living her faith as a Eucharistic minister.  She definitely shines on both the basketball court and softball field.  Annika has received numerous awards for her excellence in athletics, including being named Lorain County’s Softball Player of the Year this past spring.  She also currently holds the Lorain County record for home runs in a season.  Annika is an outstanding representative of Elyria Catholic everywhere she goes and in everything she does.
