You’re Invited to Join the Elyria Catholic High School Panther Club

The time of our first meeting on September 10th has been changed to 7:00pm (not 6:00pm).

The Panther Club provides support for Elyria Catholic High School athletic programs. The Club conducts several fundraisers throughout the year including football concessions, picture sales, sport physicals and a summer concession stand at Rockin’ on the River. This revenue is then used for needed equipment purchases and to support team activities. Representatives from every ECHS sport are invited and encouraged to participate to help improve the experience for all of our student athletes. Our first meeting of the 2018-2019 school year will be held on September 10, 2018 at 7:00pm in the Elyria Catholic Library. Currently, the Panther Club collects $25 in yearly dues from all those wishing to participate. Dues of $25 can be paid at the end of the meeting on September 10th if you decide to join at that time.

Panther Club Accepting Nominations for Board Positions

Please nominate yourself or someone else by September 7th.

At this time, the board is seeking nominations for the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of this organization. Please note that current board is willing to provide transition assistance. Please contact Cathy Bucci at [email protected] if you have an interest or questions about the responsibilities of each of these positions. Please nominate someone or yourself by sending an email to Cathy Bucci at [email protected]. Please note that candidates must have a student currently enrolled at ECHS. Please indicate the candidate’s name, their involvement with EC and why you feel this person would be well qualified to serve in this position. Candidates nominated by others will be contacted to see if they accept the nomination. Nominations must be received by Friday, September 7, 2018. Based on nomination responses, we hope to conduct a written ballot election at the end of the meeting on September 10th.
