After over a quarter century of service to Elyria Catholic High School, I will be moving into a new position after June 30, 2019.
“I have loved my time at ECHS! It has, at times, defined my very existence. The students, colleagues, parents, and alumni, with whom I had the honor to interact, have in ways formed who I am today. I take all of these experiences and memories with me as I transition into the role of Associate Superintendent of Secondary Schools for the Diocese of Cleveland. The best part is that I will be assisting the leadership of ECHS in my new role as well as the other Diocesan High Schools.”
I am honored to be joining the Office of Catholic Education team under the direction of Dr. Frank O’Linn, Superintendent. I am inspired with the leadership team’s root beliefs: 1. Every person is a gift from God., 2. Leadership matters., 3. Excellence happens on purpose., 4. Collaboration is a force multiplier.
I thank all who have encouraged me through my tenure at ECHS, and look forward to the relationships and experiences that the future holds. God has always lead me where He has a plan, and this is yet another blessing for me!
Please continue to support the students and community of Elyria Catholic High School. It is because of you that ECHS is celebrating 70 years of Catholic Education!
Till we meet again,
Amy Butler ‘80
