Panther Club: Winter Athletic/Theater and Ministry Decal Order Form

The Panther Club is excited to offer families the opportunity to purchase car decals representing the winter sport, theater and ministries that their student(s) participate in at Elyria Catholic.  Showing pride in their activities is something that our students do on a daily basis at EC.  Here is one way for you to support them and the Panther Club.

Please click on the Decal Order Form to order your's today.  Please return your completed form with payment to the Main Office by Wednesday, December 5.  We will be providing order forms for the spring athletics at a later date.
