Appointments: If your student needs to leave for an appointment during the school day, a note stating the time and type of appointment that is signed by the parent/guardian must be handed in to the main office before or during the first period on the day of the request. The student will receive a pass and will come to the office to sign out when it is time to leave for the appointment. Parents do not need to come into school. Students must submit a note from the doctor/dentist to the school office to verify the appointment.
Absences: If you need to call your student off for any reason, please do so by 8:00 a.m. If you get a voicemail, please leave the student's name and the reason for his/her absence.
Afternoon Pick Up: If you are picking up your student immediately after school, we ask that you park in the far lot and have your student walk to meet you. Please do not pull into the drive in front of school prior to 3:10 p.m.
Lunch Program: New families should now be able to set up an account with AVI Fresh. New families should go to http://www.payschoolscentral.com/#/user/login to set up their account. Returning families can simply log in and upload funds. Cash can always be used to purchase lunches.
The following is the link for the Free & Reduced Lunch Application. The deadline to complete this form and return to the main office is Friday, September 14.School forms: Please complete and return the school forms that were sent home with your student earlier this week and return to the main office by Friday, September 7.
Construction on Gulf Road: Please be advised that Gulf Road will be closed from Hilliard to Burns starting Sept. 10. More information to come next week.
