Mrs. Hoffman will be in the cafeteria during lunch periods on Monday, 3/25, and Tuesday, 3/26, recruiting student volunteers to help with gala. Students are needed on Friday, April 5th, from 9am to noon to set up (there is no school that day) and Sunday, April 7th, from 10:30am to 1:30pm to clean up. Student ambassadors are needed to work the actual event on Saturday, April 6th from 5pm to 7:30pm and another shift from 9:00pm to 11:30pm. Finally, we need 30 student servers to serve dinner to our patrons. Most will work 6pm to 10pm, a small group will be asked to arrive earlier. All students who work the event on April 6th are asked to carpool, be dropped off or park in the very far lot.
