Mrs. Heinrich nominated Kaymarie Gawlik, saying that, "she exhibits the tenets of faith and love of God through her unwavering work ethic and her quiet, reserved way she always helps her classmates without drawing attention to the fact she’s helping them." She is quick witted and always the first to volunteer to read, engage the class, or just open a discussion. She truly counts on her when she remotes in online. She offers assistance to Ms. Machovina and Mrs. Strippy and is always conscientious with her responsibilities. Because of COVID we haven’t been able to hear her beautiful voice raised through Music Ministry. She is also a beautiful artist and can draw and paint. She also has participated in the musicals in theatre, which she loves. This student has been blessed with so many gifts from God and she actively offers her talents back. Kaymarie exemplifies to her the age old expression—“what you are is your gift from God; what you make of yourself is your gift to God”
We congratulate, Kaymarie Gawlik as the Pillar of Faith Award winner at the senior level.
